Shipping and Return Policy
Items will be shipped out within 5 business days of the initial order. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible.
Standard shipping rates will vary depending on the location the order is to be delivered to.
If there is any damage during shipping, please take pictures before opening the package, and document the damage in its entirety. You can send us the photos and information at email@example.com and we will work together to find a solution.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a free return label at no cost to you within 30 days of your original purchase. The item will also be refunded fully towards the payment method you used.*
*The free return policy only applies to customers inside of the contiguous United States.
Returns past 30 days will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or burned. Any unused product returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee.
All Hot Ash Stove™ products come with a lifetime guarantee* that they will arrive free of any manufacturing defects. If a customer receives a product that Hot Ash Stove™ deems defective, we will replace the product at no cost to the customer. This does not cover products against misuse and normal wear and tear. If your product is damaged due to misuse, please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work together to find a solution.
*The lifetime guarantee does not apply to items that Hot Ash Stove deems to be a “wear item.” All items marked as “wear items" can be found in our store here.
